Education Objectives
Our primary objective in education is to ensure all orphans and vulnerable children acquire quality education through well-defined school infrastructures and systems. Specifically, we aim to:
- Provide free education to needy children, removing financial barriers to learning
- Establish and maintain educational facilities like Lidos Junior Schools
- Offer comprehensive support including scholastic materials, uniforms, and meals
- Implement tutoring programs to enhance learning outcomes
- Expand our reach by building more support schools in economically marginalized communities across Uganda
Water and Sanitation Objectives
Our objectives in the area of water and sanitation are focused on improving health and well-being in impoverished communities. We aim to:
- Ensure access to clean water among poverty-led communities through the construction of clean water sources
- Improve sanitation in different communities by providing free sanitation resources to poor homes
- Educate communities about proper hygiene practices and the health benefits of good sanitation
- Reduce the prevalence of water-related diseases through the promotion of personal hygiene and environmental practices
- Increase sustainability by promoting integrated water resources management at the local level
Poverty Alleviation Objectives
Our poverty alleviation objectives focus on empowering individuals and communities to achieve economic self-sufficiency. We strive to:
- Provide skills education programs to people in economically marginalized communities
- Offer start-up capital to program finalists to kickstart their entrepreneurial endeavors
- Implement micro-finance initiatives to improve access to credit for the poor, especially women
- Increase household savings and income through our various programs
- Reduce social exclusion and enhance economic security in the communities we serve
Cross-Cutting Objectives
